Administrative Assistant

As the newest member of our team since March 2022, Pam brings a wealth of experience to her role as the lead on Client Care. She looks after everything related to booking appointments, making sure clients can view their accounts through Online Access, updating personal information, and many other administrative tasks. Pam loves working with people, whether it’s collaborating with others professionally or in her daily interactions with our clients. Her love language is “Acts of Service”, and this is evident in the way she makes everyone feel loved and supported.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her either volunteering in the Sarnia community with Gianna Home (which she is passionate about) or enjoying time with her family. Above all else, Pam values time spent with her husband, kids, and grandkids!
